Coming Out of The Dark
Manifesting the Future of Our Dreams Together!

After many years of uncertainty and disappointment, the Astrological weather is about to change, and humanity stands on the threshold of a beautiful new creation.  As the old order passes away, it is imperative to stay focused on the hope of the future we strive to manifest, even before the first light of the new day of humanity dawns.

As I begin to write this on 12/13/14, game changer Pluto is exacting his 2^nd to last of 7 squares to the “Surprise King,” Uranus, in this drawn out battle of the Astrological Titans that humanity has been afflicted with since 2012.  Pluto removes anything that might interfere with our Soul’s next challenge.  His methods can be less than pleasant, life changing, irreversible, and frequently involve money, politics, power, birth and death.  Uranus shocks us into action, initiating some much needed changes, whether we’re ready and willing or not.  After the last of these 7 squares completes on March 20^th, 2015, these 2 planetary combatants won’t be sparring with each other again until 2046.  Whew!

Both Pluto and Uranus are slow moving, effecting entire generations simultaneously, sparking revolutions and cataclysms on a scale ranging from personal to global.  Energies that were set in motion when they were last conjunct in Virgo in the mid ‘60s are now being revisited and reviewed.  We are being challenged to redefine our integrity and tolerances on issues of racism, police brutality, religious exclusionism, and the rampant misuse of money and power. In response to all the chaos of that earlier time, the ‘60s also gave birth to the Hippie culture: peace, love, and understanding; stepping out of the rat race of society to commune with nature, live in harmony with the land, and recognizing the intrinsic brotherhood of all mankind.

As time has turned, such “Hippie Ethics” have evolved into the New Age, Friend of the Earth, predominantly Liberal identifying humanitarian, while the power players have continued to corrupt and bleed our society of the blessings that we so want to be creating together.  In a world of cut throat deception and  treachery, how do we keep our energies focused on the positive outcomes we “hippie types” want to manifest, instead of getting caught up in the darkness others keep trying to convince us is inevitable?  How do we keep holding the light when we are, ourselves, are beginning to doubt?  Our ideals have suffered and our dreams have taken a battering.  We sometimes find it hard to look past our own disappointments to the bigger picture, where we may begin to see the flickers of hope again.

With the Harmonic Convergence in 1987, and the Harmonic Concordance in 2003, many Lightworkers began flexing our spiritual wings, participating in organized global meditations and celebrations to seed loving intentions into the collective consciousness.  Over the years, the practice has spread like wild fire through the miracle communications web of which Chief Crazy Horse foretold, social media.  For so long, we were looking forward towards the Mayan Calendar cycling on 12/21/2012 with a suspicion that the date may very well represent a “Do or Die” threshold over which humanity must cross with one intention or the other, determining the future reality of life on Planet Earth.  The “Birth 2012” movement celebrated the moment of critical mass, when humanity deemed itself worthy of continuing to play this game called life.

We are soon coming upon the final adjustments to this process of transformation before we begin to see the new experiential reality to come.  We are on the threshold of a whole new way of being on our earth and with each other.  The shifting of these gears may not be smooth, so buckle your seat belts.  But take comfort in the understanding that the next few months should be the final jolt before significant improvements appear on the horizon.

What is critical is that we rise above the fray, and do not get caught up in the illusion of doom that hangs over the future of our planet.  We cannot feed that energy!  We must not succumb to the depression and hopelessness that our recent past has blanketed over our lives.  All is not as it seems, and this too shall pass. 

The future is calling on us to care, to show up, to become the activist for humanity and our Earth, to manifest a future of peace and abundance for all through the sheer power of our collective will.  We have been stumbling around in the dark for too long.  It is time to quit hiding our light in the shadows because we are afraid of what others will think.  We are powerful spiritual beings, alive with the same spark that created the entire universe.  Individually, it is easy to lose track of our divinity, but together we can enlighten the world, and overcome any darkness.

Back when I was a church going type, I would have said I’d spent the last year or so under some form of attack.  That’s where Astrology feels more like science, while religion smacks of superstition.  When planets square off, Astrology can predict the way the energies will trend and show you where to look for the lesson you are meant to learn from this trial.  When your spiritual perspective begins to feel tattered and torn, it is far more healing and hopeful to see it as a passing phase meant to teach something rather than an omen of inevitable future of doom to come.  Planets move on, like the independent hands on a watch, aspecting other planets, moving into different houses of influence, and the challenges and dramas shift to other lessons.

The first step to coming out of the dark is to recognize it for the illusion that it is. The light is always there, but sometimes our awareness of it is shadowed or blocked.  Everything is as it should be.  Everything is on schedule to kick off certain significant changes to the status quo.  We are in the final stages of a transformation that the ancient Prophets never saw coming.  We “Human Angels” on the planet at this time have sparked off a profound adventure.  We are claiming our spiritual power, and projecting it out to spill over into the existences of those who still can’t see.

We no longer have to be victimized by our fears and others representations as demons.  The shift ahead holds the promise of living in a society that we have created through our thoughts and choices.  We have the opportunity to manifest a mutually agreed upon future of peace and abundance for all. It is our spiritual challenge to manifest positive outcomes where none was expected before.

When so much appears to be going wrong, how do we keep our focus on our hopes rather than what we fear?  How do we keep stepping out in faith when we want to hide?  We show up.  We speak up.  We step up.  We raise our vibrations through global celebrations and private meditations.  We do what we know how to do. We don’t give up just before the break through.  It is always darkest before the dawn, and it has been a long dark night for Humanity, and for most of us personally as well.

Lightworkers and spiritual people in general have suffered under the mistaken notion that we are supposed to be immune to negativity, loneliness, depression, and fear.  We assume we should know the answers and have it all together somehow.  Yet we are often more sensitive to the discordant energies than our more oblivious brothers and sisters who stumble through life thinking their role is to react rather than create.  We too can feel tormented when life tosses us one curve ball after another, testing our ability to cope with the changes, and sending us off into directions and experiences that we would not have consciously chosen for ourselves.  We begin to wonder why we can’t get that last part of the manifestation thing just right to finally achieve our peace.

The last 2 years have been especially challenging for all, but we have made it this far, and we only have a few more months to go before we begin to see what we have been working towards manifesting through all our trials and tribulations.  With the final Pluto Uranus Square in March, followed by another eclipse season ending in April 2015, the world and our experience of it has the potential to take on a very different flavor than what we have historically been forced to settle for.  The worst is behind us.  Soon we will be picking up the broken pieces that still fit into the picture of the future we choose to build, and the old outworn shards will become a distant memory.

Never before has an awareness of the creator God spark within each and every person been so important to the well-being of mankind.  Never before has the need to be patient in the face of delays and frustration, and hopeful in spite of apparent crises been so critical to the future of life on Planet Earth.  Each of us holds a piece of the puzzle necessary to create the future our souls agreed on before we ever came into this particular round of this grand experiment. We planned this to work out good.  We intended to blow our own minds with how much more we accomplished than what was expected of us.

We are the ones we have been waiting for.  We are the warriors and the peace makers.  We are the hands and feet, eyes and voices of that spirit of Love that gives us life, and a reason to live.  Like butterflies breaking open from our cocoons, our time has come to shake off limiting expectations of the past, and create our new future together!  Hold on just a little bit longer, and let’s make the future fantastic!
